The SMSC Conservation Science Symposium will take place on Friday, October 27, 2017, 12-5pm at SMSC, 1500 Remount Rd, Front Royal, Virginia.
The Symposium will bring together Smithsonian and Mason experts to share ongoing research ideas via a poster session and thematic working groups. Researchers from both institutions who work in the expansive field of conservation science are invited to participate. Outcomes will contribute to conservation science by providing new collaborations to tackle issues on both local and broad scales.
To participate, interested PIs must RSVP on or before Friday, October 13 to smscrsvp@gmu.edu, and include name, title, affiliation, and whether they intend to present a poster. Details regarding poster specifications will follow. Note: Attendance is limited to PIs and post-docs.
